If your application is accepted, you will be notified to schedule an appointment to complete the application paperwork and leave a semen sample for analysis. We will analyze this sample in order to determine sperm count, motility, progression, and freezing traits to ensure that it meets our standards. You will be notified of the results of this appointment within one week. If your specimen passes the semen analysis, you will be asked to return to the lab to continue the qualification process.
