You can begin the application process right from our web site. There's no obligation and it's completely anonymous.

Your application process begins with filling out our online application form. After you submit your application it will be evaluated and you will receive a response from us, usually within two days. This response will inform you whether or not you qualify to make your first appointment.

If you meet the basic requirements to be a sperm donor, we will schedule an appointment with you to complete the application paperwork and leave a semen sample for analysis.

Our laboratory staff will analyze this sample in order to determine sperm count, motility, progression, morphology and freezing traits to ensure that it meets our standards. If your specimen passes the semen analysis, you will be notified within one week and asked to return to the lab.
