Our sperm donors are not known by those purchasing their sperm. Contracts for the purchase and use of donor sperm are made between the California Cryobank and our clients. Thus no contract directly links our donors with clients.

Also, our sperm donors sign a legal document waiving all parental rights and responsibilities to children conceived from the purchase from their sperm. By signing, the donor is exempt from child support or any other responsibilities of a legal parent.

Sperm Donors may not participate in our program until this document has been signed.
